Craig Souza’s purpose is to create safety for authenticity and love to flourish, so that no one’s gifts and contributions are wasted. Craig’s Leading With Love and Leveraging Our Queerness for Leadership workshops have proved to be transformational for participants. Craig is also a Certified Teacher™ of SIY Global’s leadership development programs. Designed and tested at Google, the SIY program teaches mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills that lead to sustained peak performance, strong collaboration and effective leadership.
